Summary

Initially developed to run Collective Works in Singapore, Sana has since been commercialised with seed funding. To date, it has been licensed in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. 

Sana was developed to solve the issue of coworking spaces having to use multiple disparate systems to manage their members and spaces.

Challenges

Coworking spaces require software to manage Memberships, Offices, Desks, Sales Pipeline, Invoicing, Meeting Rooms, Purchases, Helpdesk and more. This has generally meant that they will use a CRM and try and customise it as best as possible to fit their needs and then complement it with a number of other systems, leading to inefficiencies and data duplication.

This lead to a breakdown in internal communication between staff and was expensive as multiple solutions needed to be paid for. It also made on-boarding staff difficult.

How We Helped

Codestream created a single platform that allows a coworking company to manage multiple spaces across multiple regions. We developed the initial software project into a SaaS platform that has since been commercialised.

The Results

Coworking Space Owners can get live information about every aspect of their business. Accurate revenue and occupancy forecasts are driven from live contract dates so space owners can proactively respond to events in their business.

Invoicing is completely automated with integration to Stripe and Xero, saving on average one full time position for managing membership billing.

A fully integrated sales pipeline ensures the maximum number of prospects are converted to members with none falling through the cracks.
